摘要
采用一维的氢谱、碳谱、无畸变极化转移增强谱和二维氢-氢、碳-氢、空间相关核磁共振技术,对4-(2-(4-(苄氧基)苯氧基)乙氧基)-1,2,3-丁三醇的结构进行了表征,确定了4-(2-(4-(苄氧基)苯氧基)乙氧基)-1,2,3-丁三醇1H、13C NMR谱峰的归属。
The chemical structure of 4-(2-(4-(benzyloxy)phenoxy)ethoxy)butane-1,2,3-triol was identified by means of nuclear magnetic resonance spectral analysis.With the aid of one dimensional(including 1H,13C-NMR and distortionless enhancement by polarization transfer) and two dimensional NMR techniques(including 1H-1H correlation spectroscopy,1H-13C correlation spectroscopy and nuclear Overhauser effect spectroscopy),the full assignment of 1H and 13C NMR spectral data were presented.
