摘要
当用C-Si-Al复合还原剂在等离子感应炉内进行铬镍精矿的熔融还原及合金化时,20min可达到18%Cr和9%Ni的合金化目标值,Cr和Ni的收得率分别达到82%~85%和95%~98%,C的含量可以控制在0.3%以内。
When smelting reduction and alloying is conducted for chromium and nickel concentrate with CSiAl as compound reducing agent in a plasma induction furnace,the aim value of alloying of 18%Cr and 9% Ni could be achieved in 20minutes,the recovery rate of Cr and Ni will reach 82%85%and 95%98% separately.Content of Ccould be controlled within 0.3%.This paper also analyzes the electrochemical reaction property between plasma and plasma smelting slag.
