摘要
小型二冲程电控汽油发动机特别适用于轻型无人直升机、超轻型飞机及动力翼伞等飞行器的应用。为了实现高空、长航时飞行设计目标,基于16位微处理器MC9S12DP512开发了一套适用于小型汽油二冲程发动机电控标定系统,采用基于"双数据区"的喷油脉谱(MAP)图管理方案,制定了完整的上位机和下位机的通讯协议。该系统能够进行精确的喷油MAP图匹配标定,以确定各项控制和调节参数的最优值,满足高可靠性、低油耗、高功重比的要求。
The two stroke piston of a small gasoline electronic control engine which is especially application in the aircraft of light unmanned helicopter, ultralight aircraft and dynamic parafcil and so on. For the design target of realizing high altitude and long-endurance, we developed an Electronic Control calibration system which is application in the small two stroke gasoline engine, it is base on the 16-bit Microprocessor of MC9S12DPS12. The system used the scheme of 'Dual data area' MAP Graph to manage fuel injection, and established complete communication protocol between host computer and lower computer.
