摘要
从某化工厂废水车间污泥中驯化分离得到一株高效苯酚降解菌HGP9,该菌能以苯酚为惟一碳源生长。动态研究表明,该菌10h内能完全降解300mg/L的苯酚,在无机盐加氮培养基中,最大苯酚降解浓度为500mg/L。单因素多水平试验确定其降解苯酚最适温度为35℃、pH值为7.0。通过形态观察和生理生化试验,结合16S rDNA鉴定,HGP9鉴定为铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)。HGP9还能高效降解对硝基苯酚、对苯二酚、1,2,4-苯三酚和萘等芳香族化合物,是一株高效广谱酚降解菌株。
A phenol-degrading strain HGP9 was isolated in the sludge from a chemical factory.This strain could use phenol as the sole carbon source.Dynamic scanning indicated that the strain could completely degrade the phenol of 300 mg/L within 10 h.In the nitrogen-addition mineral salt medium,the phenol with higher concentration of 500 mg/L could mineralize by HGP9 strain.The optimum conditions of phenol degradation were at 35℃ in pH 7.0 which obtained from the single factor experiments.According to the morphological and biochemical characteristics of HGP9 and the 16S rDNA analysis,HGP9 was identified as Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Further study indicated that HGP9 as a broad-spectra phenoldegrading bacteria could also degrade 4-nitrophenol,hydroquinone,1,2,4-Benzenetriol and naphthalene.
