摘要
针对高频链矩阵式正弦波变换器中双向开关的安全换流问题,提出了一种新的解耦分时驱动策略,改变了以往同类变换器双向开关中两门极共用一个驱动信号的方法。该策略无需检测负载电流极性,容易实现,可以达到双向开关的安全换流,并可有效克服开关的电压浪涌。装置实验证实了该策略的正确性。
For safety communication of the double-directional switches in high-frequency link sine-wave converter,a novel decoupling time-sharing drive method is proposed,the way with two gates use one drive signal in similar converters is changed by this method.The current polarity of load needs not to be detected in this method and it is easy to be achieved.The double-directional switches can communicate in safety and the switch voltage surge can be conquered.The experimental results show that the circuit design is feasible.
