摘要
介绍了无串联变压器型动态电压恢复器(Dynamic Voltage Restorer,简称DVR)主电路拓扑结构,对DVR启动瞬间的谐振问题进行了分析和研究,阐述了造成IGBT过电流和输出电压畸变的机理,从输出滤波器设计和控制策略两方面提出了抑制方法。仿真和试验结果表明,采用谐振阻尼控制器能够对DVR启动瞬间的谐振起到良好的阻尼作用,可有效降低谐振现象带来的不利影响。
The circuit topology of dynamic voltage restorer(DVR) without series transformer is introduced.Analyses and research on the startup transient resonance problem of DVR are carried out.The principles of IGBT over current and distortion on output voltage are described.The restraint methods are proposed based on the designed output filter and control strategy.The simulation and experimental results prove that the resonance during the startup transient of DVR is effectively con-trolled by resonance damping controller.
