摘要
采用捕收剂CKY和油酸钠对黑钨矿、白钨矿、萤石、方解石单矿物和实际矿石进行了浮选分离研究。CKY或CKY与油酸钠混用对黑钨矿、白钨矿有较强的捕收性能,配合使用适当的抑制剂,可实现钨矿物与萤石、方解石的有效分离。红外光谱和Zeta电位测定结果表明,CKY在黑钨矿表面形成化学吸附,硝酸铅的存在可增强CKY的吸附。
The flotation research of wolframite, scheelite, fluorite, calcite and actualmineral was conducted using collectorCKY and sodium oleate. The test showed that CKY or combined collector composed of CKY and sodium oleate have good collecting property for wolframite and scheelite. Effective separation of tungsten mineral from fluorite and calcite can be achieved by addition of suitable depressant. The analysis results of Zetapotential and infrared spectrometry showed that chemical adsorption of CKY occurs on the surface of wolframite. The existence of lead nitrate can improve the adsorption of CKY.
