摘要
全面分析了太原选煤厂磁选尾矿中磁铁矿粉的含量、磁性、粒度组成、元素组成及矿物组成。采用了磁性衰减率来衡量矿物的磁性,得出该选煤厂磁选尾矿中损失的磁铁矿粉中30%磁性较强,在磁选机可回收范围内,70%磁性较弱且粒度较粗,为石英与磁铁矿的连生体,需考虑用其他方法回收。
A comprehensive analysis of magnetic separation tailings produced from a coal preparation plant was carried out,witch including magnetite content,magnetic properties,particle size composition,elemental composition and mineral composition.The analysis using 'decay rate of magnetism' to show the magnetism of minerals,and draw the conclusion: the magnetite lost in magnetic separation tailings from the coal preparation plant include 30% ferromagnetic mineral and is within the recyclable limit of the magnetic separator,while 70% weakly magnetic mineral is the intergrowth of quartz and magnetite and should be recovered by other ways.
