摘要 分别在正己烷、乙酸乙酯、乙醚3种不同极性有机溶剂中,用超声波辅助萃取法提取黑龙江省产酸浆果籽,并获得了油脂,得油率依次为17.26%(质量分数,以下同),18.51%,19.55%.用气质联机(GC/MS)对籽油成分进行分析的结果显示,酸浆籽油脂成分主要由亚油酸(65%~75%)、油酸(10%~15%)、十六烷酸(6%~15%)以及十八烷酸(1.0%~3.5%)构成. The oil was obtained from the seeds of groundcherry (Physalis alkekengi L. ) native in Heilongjiang by the technology of ultrasound-assisted extraction method in 3 kinds of different solvent, respectively. The yields were n-hexane 17.26% (mass fraction, w), ethyl acetate 18.51%, diethyl ether 19.55% , respectively. The components of the oil were analyzed and identified by GC/MS, the results showed that groundcherry seeds oil contained linoleic acid (65% -75% ), oleic acid (10% 15% ) , hexadecanoic acid (6% - 15% ) and octadecanoic acid (1.0% -3.5% ).
