摘要
农村大学生因社会资本弱势而面临的就业风险,已对其个人、家庭、社会产生了严重的不良后果。因此,政府应从营造公平竞争的大学生就业环境,制定和实施有利于农村大学生就业的政策,加快建设社会保障体系,完善对高校毕业生的社会保障等途径入手,消除社会资本消极作用,为农村大学生创造一个公平的发展环境,促进其充分就业。
The college graduates from rural area are facing the employment risk because of weak social capital,which has a lot of serious undesirable consequence for their own,family and society.Therefore,the government is supposed to establish a fair competitive environment,formulate and implement the employment policy in favor of them,speed up the building of the social security system and provide guarantee for college graduates,as a result,eradicating the negative effect of social capital,creating an equal development environment,promoting graduates employment fully.
