摘要
介绍了连续热镀锌镀层粘附的机理，并结合生产实际研究了影响镀层粘附性的工艺因素，即原料表面状态、炉内气氛、锌液成分及镀锌工艺参数等，同时提出了改进不良粘附性的措施。
The mechanism of zinc coat adhesion of continuous hot galvanizing is introduced. Combining with practicalproduction, the influence factors on adhesion, such as the surface appearance of strip, gases of annealing furnace,composition of zinc solution and technology parameters of galvanizing, etc., are studied. Mean while, some measureshave been put forward to improve the adhesion of zinc coat.
