摘要
通过对混凝土原材料的分析,制定了原材料的防裂技术要求和混凝土配制原则;施工过程中明确温度控制指标;降低水泥用量、控制水化热升温;狠抓降低混凝土入仓温度的各种措施;针对不同部位采取模板保温、覆盖保温、覆盖充水保温保湿等养护方法。经温度观测证实,混凝土内外温差控制在20℃内,避免了混凝土的早期裂缝。达到了温控防裂的目的。
It analysed the materials of concrete and then determined the technology requirement of crack resistance to materials and the principle of concrete configuration. It clarified the control indicator to temperature. The cement ratio is decreased to control the hydration heat, The meas- ures to decrease the placing temperature are noticed, And for different parts, different methods of concrete curing are adopted, including temperature control by template, by cover and by water cover. The experiment shows that the temperature difference between inner and outside is less than 20℃ and it avoid the early cracks and realize the crack resistance by controlling temperature,
