摘要
目的探讨剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠（CSP）的诊治方法。方法回顾性分析2007-2009年深圳市人民医院妇科收治的15例CSP患者的临床表现、超声影像和治疗方法。结果应用甲氨蝶呤药物治疗、刮宫术、子宫动脉栓塞治疗或联合治疗CSP,疗效满意,避免了子宫切除术。结论剖宫产后CSP必须早期及时诊断,保守治疗是可行的,而联合治疗可缩短疗程,更加安全有效。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of cesarean scar pegnancy.Methods 15 cases of patients with cesarean scar pregnancy from 2007 to 2009 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The patients diagnosed by sonography were treated with methotrexate,curettage,interventional techniques1 or combined treatment,and the therapeutic effect was satisfactable.Conclusion Sonographic screening plays a key role in diagnose of cesarean scar pregnancy.It is feasible to adopt different conservative treatment for cesarean scar pregnancy,especially combined treatment.
