摘要
针对当前施工进度管理方法相对简单等问题,基于风险识别的理论,从硬指标和软指标两个角度设计高速公路项目施工进度指标体系;充分利用主成分分析法和目标规划法在数据处理上的优势,建立高速公路项目施工进度目标规划模型;通过实例分析加以验证.该模型为解决施工进度目标规划数据庞大复杂、不系统等难题给出一条具有可操作性的路径.
In view of relative simplicity of the current method for construction schedule management,this based on the risk identification theory paper mainly designs a highway project construction schedule index system from the two aspects-strong index and soft index.Making full use of the superiority of the principal component analysis and programming in data processing,this paper establishes a high-way construction projects schedule programming model,which is testified by analyzing a realistic example.The model addresses a feasible and workable path for solving the difficulties that the data are complex and not systemic in the goal programming.
