摘要
根据水平井测井仪器研制的总体技术方案,研制了流量与含水率测量样机,对样机在室内进行了实验。通过实验结果分析认为,低流量油井的水平井产出剖面测量需要采用集流方式测量,流量响应在各个倾斜角度下具有相同的响应规律,涡轮响应基本不受角度的影响;含水率测量必须采用适应低含水和高含水传感器组合测量,采用电容法和阻抗法是可行的,但流动管道角度的变化对含水率的响应有着一定的影响,含水率的解释需要考虑管道倾斜角度的变化。
According to the overall technical solution on the horizontal well logging tools, the measurement prototype of flow rate and water-cut is produced. And an interior experiment of the prototype was made. Experiment results analysis proved that the production profile measurements of low-flow wells need flow-concentrating measurements. Under the concentrating flow measurement mode, the flow response to tilt at various angles has the same response rules, e. g. , turbine response is not influenced by tilt angle of the pipe; combination sensors adapt able to low water-cut and high water-cut must be used in order to measuring water-cut. Using capacitive and impedance method is feasible, but the angle changes in pipeline flow have a certain impact on the water-cut response, the change of the pipeline tilt angle needs to he considered in the interpretation of water-cut.
