多药耐药大肠埃希菌10种可移动遗传元件研究 被引量:10

Ten Types of Mobile Genetic Elements Detected from Multidrug-resistant Escherichia coli

摘要 目的了解医院感染多药耐药大肠埃希菌(MDR-ECO)中耐药基因载体-可移动遗传元件的流行情况。方法收集2009年10月-2010年3月临床分离的MDR-ECO 20株,PCR法检测2种接合性质粒遗传标记(traA、trbC),5种转座子标记(tnpA、tnpU、tnp513、ISEcp1、IS26),3种整合子标记(intⅠ1、intⅠ2、intⅠ3),共10种可移动遗传元件。结果 20株MDR-ECO中,共检出10种可移动遗传元件基因中的6种:包括traA、trbC、tnp513、ISEcp1、IS26、intⅠ1等;同一菌株中最多检出6种可移动遗传元件,为国内首次。结论该组MDR-ECO的多药耐药性可能与它们携带接合性质粒、转座子和Ⅰ类整合子等可移动遗传元件密切相关。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the prevalence of mobile genetic elements in isolates of multidrug-resistant Escherichia coli.METHODS A total of 20 strains of MDR-ECO isolated from Oct 2009 to Mar 2010 were collected,10 types of mobile genetic elements were detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR),then the results were analyzed and partly sequenced.RESULTS A total of 6 types of mobile genetic elements were found existing among 20 isolates,namely traA,trbC,tnp513,ISEcp1,IS26 and intⅠ1.CONCLUSION Mobile genetic elements,such as conjugated plasmid,transposable element,and integron group Ⅰ,may play an important role in the multidrug-resistance of E.coli.
