摘要
教育人性化作为一种应然的追求,是教育对人性的适应和改善,是客体对主体需要的满足。教育人性化作为实践的指导原则,在现实中需要立足于个体差异和个人尊严,依据个体永恒存在的本性和自主发展的特性,激发每个人的主观能动性,增进每个人的实践智慧,培养具有个性自由的个人。在现代教育的时代境遇和价值危机背景下,教育人性化既需要强化个体价值取向,又需要维持个体化和社会化之间必要的张力,通过生活世界的理性化实践完成个体社会化,实现人人平等和个性自由。
Education humanization, as a kind of necessary pursuit, means that education should adapt to and improve human nature, and that the object should meet the demands of the subject. Moreover, as the guiding principle of practice, education humanization is based on the discrepancy and dignity of individual in reality, the permanent and autonomy of individual characteristics. We should encourage everyone's subjective initiative, advance everyone's practical intelligence and cultivate people with personality freedom. In the background of the current era and value crisis, education humanization not only needs to enhance the individual value orientation, but also needs to sustain the necessary tension between the individualization and socialization, especially achieve individual's socialization through rational practice in life world, so as to realize the equality of each person and the freedom of individuality.
