摘要
氨法脱硫技术采用氨作为吸收剂去除烟气中的SO2,是目前烟气脱硫中较常用且最有效的技术之一。文章介绍了氨法烟气脱硫工艺系统和PLC自动控制系统在合肥金源热电厂烟气脱硫系统中的应用,并重点介绍了氨法烟气脱硫工艺系统的构成、控制内容、控制方式和水平、控制功能等。
The ammonia desulfurization technology with ammonia（NH3） as the absorbent to remove SO2 from the flue gas is one of the most efficient technologies for the flue gas desulfurization.The paper introduced the ammonia method flue-gas desulfurization technique system and the PLC automatic control system applied to the flue-gas desulfurization system in the Hefei Jinyuan Thermal Power Plant.The paper in detail introduced the composition,control content,control mode and level,control function and others of the ammonia method flue-gas desulfurization technique system.
