核糖体的结构和功能研究——2009年诺贝尔化学奖解读 被引量:3

摘要 2009年诺贝尔化学奖的获奖者在原子水平上构建起核糖体的晶体结构,揭示了核糖体合成蛋白质的关键机理:肽键生成机理和蛋白质翻译的高精确性。核糖体结构和功能研究对开发新抗生素具有重要的意义,是一项具有重要现实意义的研究。
