摘要
本实验采用阶段性程序升温毛细管色谱法测定风油精中有效成份含量与《药典》所述的线性程序升温杜色谱法相比,进一步缩短了被测定组分的分析时间.在最佳色谱条件下,理论塔板数由原来的每米1万块塔板提高到每米3万块塔板,从而提高了分析速度和柱效.该方法能更简便、快速、准确地测定风油精中的有效成份.
The effectual component in Feng You Jing were determined by capillmp gaschromatography with termperature prograrnming of unconsecutive. Using this method.Number of theory plate was incresed thirty thousand pieces relate to ten thousand pieces withorigin,and can be used for the determination of the effectual component in Feng You Jingwith high efficiency and reliability.
