摘要
[目的]了解不同年龄血液透析患者的情志状况。[方法]应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对52例治疗6个月以上的血液透析患者进行测评。[结果]血液透析患者在SCL-90总分和各因子得分上明显高于国内常模;老年组各因子差异性更加明显,尤其在躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、偏执4个因子更为突出。[结论]血液透析患者的情志状况较差,60岁以上老年人更加严重,给予血透患者尤其是老年患者良好、恰当的情志护理是至关重要的。
[ Objective] Hemodialysis patients of different ages to understand the emotional state. [Method] Application of symptom checklist （SCL- 90） in 52 cases over 6 months of treatment evaluation in hemodialysis patients. [ Results ] Hemodialysis patients in the SCL - 90 total score and factor scores significantly higher than the national norm ; old group differences in each factor is more evident, particularly in somatization, depression, anxiety, paranoia four factors more prominent. [ Conclusion ] Hemodialysis patients with poor emotional state, over 60 years old more seriously, to hemodialysis patients, especially in elderly patients with good, appropriate emotional care is essential.
