摘要
采用含不同营养物的全脂奶粉,通过不同高度培养基溶氧量的不同,对双歧杆菌进行逐步有氧驯化,分析驯化后菌株的生长特性。最终确定经驯化后的两株双歧杆菌均可在兼性厌氧条件下生长,INF与PBA最适生长pH为6.85,在有氧条件下培养16 h菌数分别为1.07×109 cfu/mL与9.72×108 cfu/mL。符合活菌制剂的要求,为双歧杆菌生产提供理论基础。
Two kinds of bifidobacteria was tamed to be partial anaerobic by using different height culture which has different content of oxygen and analyzed its growth characteristics.Then using these two oxygen resistent bifidobacteria to ferment soybean milk and skim milk.The results showed these two kinds of bifidobacteria can growth when the oxygen exist.The viable count of PBA and INF obtained to 9.72×108 cfu /mL,1.07×109 cfu/mL separately.The optimal growth pH of PBA and INF were 6.85.
