摘要
大直径钉形双向水泥土搅拌桩是一种新的地基处理方法。它针对传统水泥土搅拌桩存在的诸多弊端进行了相应的改进,具有良好的处理效果。简要介绍大直径钉形双向水泥土搅拌桩在申嘉湖杭高速公路练杭段的应用情况,并对其施工机械和施工工艺进行说明;通过试验检测数据和相关分析,分别从施工工艺、承载力、沉降变形及经济效益等方面,说明其优越性。
The large diameter T-shaped bi-directional soil-cement deep mixing pile is a new soft ground treatment method.Since special modifications have been made towards those drawbacks which exist in traditional deep mixing piles,the large diameter T-shaped bi-directional soil-cement deep mixing pile exhibits good ground treatment effect.The application practice of large diameter T-shaped bi-directional soil-cement deep mixing pile to Shen-Jia-Hu-Hang Expressway in Zhejiang Province of China is briefly describesd.Then the corresponding construction equipments and technology are explained in detail.Finally,the construction technology,pile quality,bearing capacity and economic effect of bi-directional soil-cement deep mixing pile with different cross-section are illuminated through test data and theoretical analysis,which hereby proves the superior engineering characteristics and good economic effect of application of bi-directional soil-cement deep mixing pile in soft ground reinforcement.
