外科手术对人体甲状腺激素及促甲状腺激素的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨外科手术对人体甲状腺激素及促甲状腺激素(TSH)的影响。方法:应用放射免疫定量分析法检测30例颅脑手术患者和30例非颅脑手术患者(其中胸外科手术患者8例,骨科手术患者8例,肝胆科手术患者7例,普外科患者7例)术前以及手术后72h内患者血清甲状腺激素(T3、T4)、游离甲状腺激素(FT3、FT4)、TSH水平,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果:1颅脑手术组术后72h内所测T3,FT3及TSH较术前均有下降(P<0.05),T4、FT4变化无显著性差异;2非颅脑手术组术后72h内T3、T4、FT3、FT4较术前均有下降(P<0.05);3TSH变化无显著性差异。结论:T3、FT3下降是所有手术后的共同反应;T4、FT4、TSH手术前后的变化因手术部位不同而不同。 Objective :To study the effects of thyroid hormone and TSH on human by surgical operation and to explore its clinical significance.Methods :Quantitative radioimmunoassay analysis of 30 cases detected in patients with brain surgery and 30 cases of patients with non-brain surgery(including thoracic surgery in patients with 8 cases,8 cases of orthopedic surgery patients,patients with liver and gallbladder surgery 7 cases,7 cases of general surgery patients) preoperatively and 72 hours after surgery in patients with T3,T4,FT3,FT4,TSH levels,and application software SPSS13.0 statistical analysis of the results.Results:①Brain surgery group in 72 hours after operation by measuring T3、 FT3 and TSH decreased than preoperative(P 0.05),T4、 FT4 was no significant difference in change.②The non-brain surgery group in 72 hours after operation,T3、T4、FT3、FT4 decreased than preoperative(P 0.05).③ TSH was no significant difference in change.Conclusion :T3、FT3 decrease in all the common reaction after surgery;T4,FT4,TSH changes before and after surgery due to surgical site vary.
