摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜手术后发生下肢深静脉血栓形成的相关因素及诊治。方法:对15例腹腔镜术后深静脉血栓患者的临床资料进行分析总结。结果:腹腔镜术后深静脉血栓占同期收治血栓病人的9.15%(15/164),所有患者均经溶栓抗凝对症治疗后症状消失,5例放置下腔静脉滤器,所有患者均未发生肺栓塞。随访3～18月,未见复发。结论:腹腔镜手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成与多因素相关,围手术期应积极应对、处理,预防下肢深静脉血栓形成。
Objective：To investigate the correlated factors,diagnosis and treatment of the deep vein thrombosis after laparoscopic surgery.Methods：A retrospective analysis on clinical records of 15 cases of deep vein thrombosis.Results：the rate of DVT after laparoscopic surgery is 9.15%（15/164）,all cases were cured through thrombolysis and anticoagulation,4 cases were placed permanate vena cava filter,there was no pulmonary embolism happened.After 3 to 15 months follow-up,there was no DVT recurred.Conclusion：The formation of deep venous thrombosis after laparoscopic surgery is correlated with several factors,we should adopt measures to prevent the formation of DVT on the perioperative period.
