摘要
为了更好地发挥数字游标卡尺在制造过程中的作用,研制了一种数字游标卡尺智能数据采集器,详细阐述采集器的功能、总体结构及软、硬件设计问题,探讨了该技术在通用化数据采集器中的应用方法。实践表明,数字游标卡尺智能数据采集器具有良好的稳定性和通用性,相关技术可以推广到其他数据采集装置的研发中。
In order to apply the digital vernier caliper better to the manufacturing process,an intelligent data collector of digital vernier caliper is developed.The functions,general structure and hardware and software design of the collector are described in detail and its generalization in other industrial application is studied.The practice shows that the intelligent data collector of digital vernier caliper has good stability and generality and some related technologies can be introduced to developments of other data collectors.
