摘要
根据三维复杂空间曲面激光拼焊对拼缝检测的要求,结合机器视觉2D测量、3D测量原理及信息融合的方法,研制了新型拼缝视觉测量装置,以解决间隙小于0.07mm时的拼缝测量难题。所研制的复杂拼缝三维形貌测量装置,实现了在同一位姿下一次摄影,同时得到拼缝的中心位置、宽度以及拼缝所在曲面的法矢信息。根据这些信息,不仅可以建立拼缝三维形貌模型,而且对于优化焊接轨迹、速度、激光功率等参数有极大帮助。实验表明,该测量装置基本满足复杂拼缝的在线检测要求。
According to the demands of measuring seam topograph in laser welding,the seam was generated by jointing two 3D spatial surfaces,a novel equipment was designed for measuring seam topograph based on machine vision 2D and 3D measurement principles.The important problem of measuring the seam center can be solved when the seam width is less than 0.07mm.By using the equipment,all informations about seam topograpy can be obtained,which includes width,center location and normal vector under the conditions of keeping the equipment with same position and taking only one photo.In accordance with the informations,a 3D model of seam topograph can be built,and also be of immense benefit to optimize the laser welding track,speed,power and other parameters.The equipment's experiments show that the novel method is basically satisfied the requirements for measuring complicated seam on line.
