摘要
分析了顾客参与式服务创新的研究现状,提出用户参与的图书馆服务创新的关键问题及创新路径选择,指出学术图书馆应充分发挥用户参与的作用,应从打通用户参与创新渠道、把握领先用户、积极对待用户投诉、帮助用户认识其共同创新角色、促成用户隐性知识向显性知识转化以及充分利用Web2.0技术等方面,把握创新方向,提高服务创新效率。
This paper analyzes the present situation of the research on service innovation with users' participation,puts forward the key problems of service innovation of library with users' participation and the innovation route choice,and points out that the academic library should give full play to the function of users' participation,and should grasp the innovation direction and improve the efficiency of service innovation from aspects of opening up the channel for users' participation,holding the leading users,solving the claim form customers actively,helping the users to know their role in common innovation,promoting the transformation of users' tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge,and making full use of Web2.0 technology,etc.
