摘要
PLC控制程序系统结合部历来是各系统的薄弱环节,抓好它,有利于保证设备安全、可靠、正常运转。通过修改凤凰山矿选煤厂自动控制程序消除一处设备越级启动的现象后,引发了对大型PLC控制程序的思考,并结合工作实际,提出了改进PLC自动控制程序的一些建议。
The joint of PLC program controlling system is always the weak link of all systems,and focusing on it can guarantee the safe,reliable and normal operation of the equipment.Through eliminating the unauthorized start of an equipment with the modification of Automatic control program of Fenghuangshan Coal Mine＇s Coal Preparation Plant,this paper takes the large-scale PLC control program into considration,and connecting with thw working practice,puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of PLC automatic control program.
