摘要
近年来分子生物学技术发展迅速,在妇科恶性肿瘤领域,基因诊断技术已广泛应用于基础研究和少量的临床诊治实践中。如人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)DNA检测在宫颈癌筛查中的作用,BRCA1或BRCA2的突变在卵巢癌患者及其家族中的应用,HER2、p53和PTEN在子宫内膜癌Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型鉴别诊断中的应用等。
