摘要
厦门杏林大桥采用MSS50/1800型移动模架,采用高空后移解体拆除工艺。移动模架主梁后移拆除,1~4号主梁均在2号后导梁拆除位置拆除,最后只锚固5号主梁和前导梁。实践证明,采用移动模架高空后移解体拆除工艺可减轻锚固重量,减少锚固点数量,缩短锚固时间,避免多次转移拆除设备,提高拆除工效,节约拆除成本。
MSS50 /1800 movable scaffold is used in the construction of Xiamen Xinglin Bridge.Then the movable scaffold is demolished with moving back technology in high altitude.Firstly the main beam of movable scaffold is moved back and demolished,secondly the No.1 to No.4 main beams are removed at the demolishing position of No.2 back guiding beam,finally only the No.5 main beam and front beam need anchored.It proves that the moving back demolition technology of movable scaffold can decrease the anchorage weight,reduce the anchoring points,shorten the working hours,as well as avoid repeating transferring the demolishing equipments.Thus,the mentioned technology can improve efficiency and save investment.
