摘要
目的:通过研究缩泉丸对肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)的调节作用,阐明其补肾缩尿的机制。方法:采用腺嘌呤造成肾虚多尿大鼠模型,利用酶联免疫分析法分别检测正常对照组、模型对照组、缩泉丸组、金锁固精丸组血中血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)、肾素(PRA)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、醛固酮(ALD)的含量。结果:与模型对照组比较,缩泉丸可显著提高肾虚多尿大鼠血中ACE,PRA,AngⅡ,ALD含量。结论:缩泉丸可通过调节RAAS的功能发挥调节人体水液代谢的作用,本试验研究结果从内分泌系统调节的角度阐明了缩泉丸补肾缩尿的作用机制。
Objective:To expound the mechanism of nourishing kidney and reducing urine by investigating the regulative action for renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system(RAAS) by Suoquan Capsule.Method:The rat model of kidney deficiency and diuresis was established by adenine.The levels of ACE,PRA,AngⅡ and ALD in blood were determined for model group,Suoquan Capsule group,Jinsuo Gujin Wan group and control group with ELISA technology.Result:Compared with model group,Suoquan Capsule could remarkedly increase the levels of ACE,PRA,AngⅡ and ALD in blood of the rats with kidney deficiency and diuresis.Conclusion:Suoquan Capsule can regulate water metabolism by coordinating the function of RAAS.The mechanism of nourishing the kidney and reducing urine by Souquan Capsule appears to be related with endocrinium system.
