H.264中FMO模式的性能测试及应用研究

摘要 FMO是H.264新引入的一种视频抗误码技术。在分析FMO实现原理及H.264官方测试代码JM86基线档次中FMO设置参数的基础上,提出了一种宏块分配映射的设置方法。通过选取几种标准视频测试序列和不同的模拟信道丢包模式,对各种FMO模式的编解码效率、抗误码能力进行了测试。实验结果表明:针对不同通信条件下的视频信号的处理和传输可选用不同特性的FMO模式。该研究成果在H.264的实际应用中具有较重要的参考价值。 FMO is a new video error resilience technology in H.264. In this paper, the implement principle of Flexible Macrobloek Ordering (FMO) and setting parameters of H.264 official test code JM86 baseline profile are analyzed. A new setting method of macroblock allocation mapping is put forward. Codec efficiency and error resilience capability of various FMO modes are tested by selecting several standard video test sequence and simulation channel packet loss mode. The results show that difference characteristic FMO mode can be used to difference communications condition in video signal processing and transmission. Research results have important valuable reference in practical application of H.264.
