摘要
综述了淬火温度、保温时间、回火温度、淬火冷却方式以及回火次数等对高速钢轧辊显微组织、力学性能和耐磨性的影响,介绍了高速钢轧辊热处理裂纹的形成机理和消除措施,列述了改善高速钢轧辊性能的热处理新工艺。
The effects of quenching and tempering temperature,quenching method,tempering time on microstructure,mechanical properties and wear resistance of high speed steel(HSS)roll were summarized.The forming mechanism and eliminating measure of HSS roll crack during the heat treatment are introduced.At last,the novel heat-treatment processes for improving the property of HSS roll are put forward.
