摘要
从我国当今以体制改革促进经济发展与社会进步的时代特征视角审视,就会发现,"个性官员"从马克思主义的基本立场和观点出发矫正现行体制的缺陷,将现实问题解决与政治体制改革的长远目标有机地结合起来,从而为困扰我们的政治体制改革取得突破性进展,开拓了一条可行路径。
In terms of China＇s feature that restructuring promotes economic development and social advance, we can find that ＂personalized officials＂, starting from Marxist fundamental stance and viewpoint, correct present defects in the structure and combine the solution of actual problems with the ultimate goal of political restructuring, which, therefore, creates a feasible way for the breakthrough in the political restructuring that has plagued us.
