摘要
本文对河津禹门口黄河提水工程干渠12#渡槽U型槽体混凝土漏振部位采用微膨胀混凝土和微膨胀砂浆进行修补处理的成功尝试做了介绍,为有抗渗要求的中小型混凝土工程的修补提供了借鉴。
The microexpanding concrete and mortar successfully used in patching the omission part of vibration for U-typed flume of Yumenkou water lifting project is introduced.The microexpanding concrete and mortar used are mixed in-situ independently.The main composition of the microexpanding agent is alunite(10%),aluminium oxide (3 2%)and gypsum powder (100%).The mix weight proportion of microexpanding agent,425 # cement,sodalye and water for making the microexpanding concrete and mortar is 13.5∶100∶0.5-1.45,the expansion coefficient is controlled within 0.05-0.1,the bonding admixture may be used,if necessary for the adherence between new and old faces of the concrete,and its weight should be kept within 5%-7% of cement.The cost of the microexpanding agent mixed in-situ is only about 10% of that of purchasing expanding cement.
