摘要
从4-硝基雌酮出发,经过还原、重氮化、叠氮化钠处理,得到4-叠氮雌酮。本研究表明,在280nm激光照射下,该化合物能和半胱氨酸、精氨酸、蛋氨酸、组氨酸和赖氨酸发生反应,生成新的化合物,而不与丙氮酸发生反应。如这类反应是发生在雌激素依赖性肿瘤细胞内的雌激素受体上,可能会有抑制肿瘤生长的作用。本实验还表明,在560nm激光照射下,4-叠氮雌酮与上述几种氨基酸均未见有反应发生。
4-Azidoestrone has been synthesized from 4-nitroestrone. The azide, radiated by laser at the wavelength of 280nm, reacts with His, Cys, Lys, Met and Arg, but not with Ala. If these reactions occurred on the estrogen receptors in the cells of estrogen-dependent tumors,the growth of tumors may be inhibited.The same study by laser at the wavelenth of 560nm, no reactions of 4-azidoestrone with all these amino acids have been detected.
