摘要
目的观察甘氨双唑钠对消化道肿瘤腹膜后淋巴结转移放射治疗(放疗)增敏的近期临床疗效。方法收集2006年9月—2009年12月消化道肿瘤腹膜后淋巴结转移的42例患者,分为对照组和增敏组;2组患者均采用三维适形放疗,放疗过程中增敏组同期静滴甘氨双唑钠(800 mg·m-2)。2组患者放疗前后进行近期临床疗效、疼痛缓解程度、卡式评分(Karnofsky score,KPS)比较。结果增敏组和对照组患者放疗后3 mo肿瘤缓解率分别是52%、24%,2组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)放疗前后每日所需吗啡口服量对照组为(93±s 12)mg和(42±6)mg,增敏组为(94±12)mg和(20±5)mg;KPS评分对照组(64±5)分和(80±10)分,增敏组(65±4)分和(90±9)分,与放疗前比较,均P<0.01,而增敏组KPS评分提高更明显、放疗后所需吗啡量下降更多,2组比较有显著意义,P<0.01。结论甘氨双唑钠对消化道肿瘤腹膜后淋巴结转移放疗有放射增敏作用,对提高患者生活质量、缓解疼痛有明显作用。
AIM To observe the radiosensitization effect of sodium glycididazole on retroperitoneal metastasis from digestive tract cancer. METHODS Forty-two patients with retroperitoneal metastasis or recurrence from digestive tract cancer from September 2006 to December 2009 were divided into control group and sensitization group. The patients in both groups were received three dimensional conformal radiation therapy. The patients in the sensitization group were administered with sodium glycididazole 800 mg· m^-2 for sensitization. Short-term clinical effect, the extent of pain relief, and Karnofsky score (KPS) were compared before and after the treatment. RESULTS Tumor remission rate in the sensitization group and the control group 3 months after radiotherapy were 52% and 24%, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P 〈 0.05). Total 24-hour oral morphine dose before and after radiotherapy were (93 ± s 12) mg and (42 ± 6) mg in the control group (P 〈 0.01) , (94 ± 12) mg and (20 ± 5) mg in the sensitization group (P 〈 0.01) , respectively. KPS before and after radiotherapy were (64 ± 5) and (80 ± 10) in the control group (P 〈 0.01), (65 ± 4) and (90 ± 9) in the sensitization group (P 〈 0.01). There were significant differences between two groups. CONCLUSION Sodium glycididazole has radiosensitization effect on retroperitoneal metastasis from digestive tract cancer, which could improve the life quality or relieve pain obviously.
