摘要
腹主动脉瘤(AAA)是目前威胁人类健康的最重要血管疾病之一,破裂可导致患者迅速出血、死亡。腹主动脉瘤发病过程相当复杂,是多种因素综合作用的结果。近年来腹主动脉血管力学的研究成为学术界的热点。超声影像技术具有对动脉血流动力学参数进行实时动态检测及随访方便的优势,在AAA发生发展的研究中发挥着越来越重要的作用。
Abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA) is one of the most important vascular diseases which are threats to human health.AAA could rupture at any time in patients,causing rapid bleeding and death.AAA is the result of many factors and is a complex process.Recent years,mechanics studies of abdominal aortic artery has become a focus in academic circles.Ultrasound can detect the arterial hemodynamic parameters real-time and is convenient to follow-up,therefore plays a more important role in AAA's occurrence and development research.
