跖跗关节稳定的维持及其临床意义 被引量:6

摘要 跖跗关节不仅是联系中前足的桥梁,而且是足弓的重要组成部分,在足部生物力学方面发挥重要作用。由于法国医师Jacques Lisfranc首次提出经跖跗关节水平进行截肢,故该关节又被称为Lisfranc关节。跖跗关节稳定的维持是足部正常生理功能实现的基础,
