摘要
目的通过无创血流动力学检测(ICG),明确高血压血流动力学因素及程度,为科学降压治疗提供依据。方法常规方案治疗组及血流动力学分析组各50人,行血流动力学分型,选用基本的抗高血压药物,观察血压恢复正常时间长短及低血流灌注状态的临床表现。结果试验组血压有效控制率较对照组增加;低血流灌注状态降低;血压恢复正常时间明显缩短。结论血流动力学参数将为个体化治疗提供依据,从而在最短时间达到平稳降压的目的 ,减少靶器官意外事件的发生。
Objective To clarify hemodynamic factors and the degree of hypertension through noninvasive impedance cardiography (ICG) ,and so to provide the basis for the antihypertensive therapy scientificly. Methods Fifty subjects each were enrolled into the routine treatment group and hemodynamic analysis group. Hemodynamic type was classificated, and basic antihypertensive drugs were used to observe the time of blood pressure returned to normal and low perfusion state of the clinical manifestations. Results Compared to the control group, effective blood pressure control rate of test group increased significantly, and low - flow perfusion reduced and blood pressure recovery time shortened. Conclusion Hemodynamic parameters provide the basis for individualized treatment, so steady pressure lowering can be attained in the shortest time and the incidence of target organ accidents reduces.
