摘要
目的:对不同紫外线消毒情况下CT机房空气细菌数的监测,探讨即能保护机器,又能保证侵入性诊疗环境的消毒方法。材料与方法:设计不同时间段,采用普通营养琼脂平板采集,五点布位法,35℃恒温箱孵育,cfu/m3.=50000N(A×T)计算细菌总数。结果:CT机房内X线电离辐射的生物效应有一定的杀菌作用,配合紫外线消毒,可使进行侵入性诊疗时空气中细菌菌落数≤10cfu/m3.结论:合理安排紫外线消毒时间及次数,即能满足CT机房所需要保护机器的物理要求,又能保证侵入性诊疗环境,预防院内感染。
Purpose:OBJECTIVE To investigate a new method of sterilization which can protect the CT machine as well as insuring the invasive consultation environment through monitoring of the number of bacteria in CT machine room disinfected by ultraviolet light of different levels.Materials and Methods:To caculate the number of bacteria,collected by ordinary agar plat method in 35℃ incubator during different time periods(cfu/m3.=50000N(A×T)).Results:The certain bactericidal action of biological effects of ionizing radiation with disinfection by ultraviolet light can make the number of bacterial colony in air less than 10 cfu/m3 during invasive consultation progress.Conclusion:Reasonable arrangement of time and frequency can meet the demand of protecting CT machine while insuring the invasive consultation environment and preventing nosocomial infection.
