摘要
目的:探讨儿童保健工作中常规引入心理行为评估和干预的方法及效果。方法:在传统以体格检查为主的儿童保健模式基础上引入神经心理行为评估及早期干预,于36月龄做体格及发育商测评,并设对照组。结果:新型保健服务依从率大幅上升,家长对保健知识知晓率明显提高,儿童体格及发育商增加,常见病及行为问题减少。结论:新型儿童保健模式效益良好,可操作性强。
Objective： To study the method by Psychological behavior appraisal and intervention in child health.Methods：Introduces the nerve psychology behavior appraisal and the early intervention in the tradition by the medical examination primarily child care pattern foundation,Makes the physique and the growth business evaluation in 36 ages of the moon,and supposes the control group.Results：The new health care service compliance rate large rise,the guardian knows rate the distinct enhancement to the health care knowledge,the child physique and growth business increases,common disease and behavior question reduction.Conclusion：The new child care pattern benefit is good,feasibility.
