金蛭胶囊联合西药治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨金蛭胶囊联合西药治疗短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)的临床疗效。方法:对TIA 46例患者采用金蛭胶囊联合西药治疗,与单纯西药治疗40例对照观察,比较金蛭胶囊联合西药治疗TIA与单纯西药治疗TIA的差异。结果:治疗组46例中显效34例,有效8例,总有效率91.4%,对照组40例中显效14例,有效16例,总有效率75%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:金蛭胶囊联合西药治疗TIA是有益的,对控制TIA再发作、预防脑梗塞的发生起了较好的作用,值得临床推广应用。 Objective:To investigate the Western Jin leech capsule and treatment of transient ischemic attack clinical efficacy.Methods: Department of Neurology in our hospital in October 2009-June 2010 patients with transient ischemic attack,46 cases with gold leech capsule combined with western medicine,western medicine with the simple observation of 40 cases of control,more money leech capsule combined with western medicine transient ischemic attack and the only western medicine transient ischemic attack differences.Results:46 cases in 34 cases markedly effective in 8 cases,the total effective rate was 91.4%,control group,40 cases markedly effective in 14 cases,16 cases,the total efficiency of 75%,2 total effective rate difference was significance(P〈0.05),treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:Gold leech capsule combined with Western medicine treatment of transient ischemic attack is useful to control TIA further attack, to prevent the occurrence of cerebral infarction played a good role,is worthy of clinical application.
