摘要 本文扼要地介绍了付里叶自去卷积理论,用以处理红外谱图的方法及去卷积谱线与二级导数谱和原谱组分的关系.用去卷积和二级导数谱研究了无水紫膜内菌紫质的二级结构,与水合条件下菌紫质的红外谱图相比较,无水菌紫质显示出一些新的特征吸收组分,对此作了结构识别,并断定1640cm^(-1)组分为紫膜的特征吸收. The theory of Fourier self-deconvolutiop, its application to computationally resolving overlapped infrared lines, and the relationship of the original spectrum to its deconvoluted and second derivative spectra are briefly discussed. The deconvoluted and second derivative Fourier transform infrared spectra have been used to identify the structure components of bacteriorho-dopsin in P2O5-dried purpie membrane whieh can be associated with a -helix and β -strands. The dried bacteriorhodopsin gives some unreported absorption lines in its deconvoluted and second derivative spectra compared with those in hydrated purple membrane, wehose assignments are proposed. It is concluded the cnmponent near 1640 cm-1 having been argued to be caused by OH deformation vibration should be assigned to the characteristic absorption of purple membrane.
