摘要
为改善燃煤电厂电除尘效果,在1.8 m2工业性实验电除尘器上进行了高频供电实验研究。研究结果表明:在供电电压相同时,高频供电的电流和除尘效率均低于普通可控硅电源供电,但高频电源的最高供电电压可达普通可控硅电源的1.3倍,最高供电电流比普通可控硅电源高40%以上,最高除尘效率高于可控硅电源,可降低烟尘排放40.2%。建议燃煤电厂电除尘选用高频电源时,应选用比普通可控硅电源电压等级高的电源。
In order to improve the collection efficiency of the ESP in thermal power plant,an experimental research of high efficiency power supply on pilot ESP of 1.8 m2 has been conducted.The results indicate that if the supply voltage is identical,the supply current and collection efficiency of high frequency are lower than that of ordinary thyristor supply.However,the maximum supply voltage of high efficiency power supply is 1.3 times as large as that of ordinary thyristor supply.Correspondingly,the maximum supply current increases more than 40%.The highest collection efficiency increases,too.The dust emission can be reduced 40.2%.Therefore,if the high frequency power supply is selected to supply electrostatic precipitator in the thermal power plant,it is recommended that the higher voltage class of high frequency power supply should be considered than that of the ordinary one.
