摘要
目的:探讨损伤性痴呆模型的制备和损伤性痴呆模型大鼠脑组织超微结构变化。方法:用电解毁损基底核法和海人酸破坏脑基底核法制备两种SD大鼠损伤性痴呆模型,并利用电子显微镜观察两种痴呆模型的脑组织超微结构变化。结果:电镜下可见两种模型鼠的脑神经细胞、神经胶质细胞均出现线粒体数目减少,嵴断裂或消失,部分线粒体出现髓样变或呈空泡状。粗面内质网较少并出现脱颗粒,胞浆内脂褐素颗粒增多。结论:脑神经细胞的退行性变是痴呆模型的病变基础。
Objective:To explore the established and ultrastructure changes of damaged dementia SD rats animal models. Methods:Destroyed basal nuclei by kainic acid and electric stimulate method had established two animal dementia models, and observed the ultrastructure of brain tissue of the models by electro microscope.Results:Two methods could destroyed cell organs of nerve cells and neuroglial cells. Changes were mainly on mitochondria and cell organs.Conclusion:Degener- ation of nerve cells is the pathologic basement of animal dementia model.
