电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定食盐及其代谢产物中碘的含量 被引量:5

Determination of Total Iodine in Edible Salt and the Products of Metabolism by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

摘要 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定了加碘食盐及其代谢产物尿液中碘的含量.该方法在0.05~20μg/L范围内线性关系好,相关系数大于0.9999、碘的检出限低、精密度好(RSD=1.2%,n=7).除标准加入法外,还通过国家标准物质的测定评价了该方法的准确性,测定结果均与国家标准值相吻合.对尿液的测定结果表明长春地区任选12名健康人并不存在碘缺乏的危险. The content of iodine in edible salts and the products of metabolism human urine samples had been determined by inductively plasma mass spectrometry ( ICP- MS), in this article. Linearity was well in a concentration range of 0.05-20 μg/L with r^2 〉 0. 999 9, the method detection limit was low, the precision was well(RSD = 1.2 %, n = 7). In addition to spike test, the method was also validated using certified reference materials, and the results were in good agreementwith the certified values. Finally, the results of determination on urine samples showed that the twelve volunteers were not endangered in iodine deficiency in Changchun.
