摘要
针对AKD施胶熟化时间长的缺点,研究了用瓜尔胶和一种阳离子醚化剂对AKD表面施胶的增效作用。结果表明:瓜尔胶和阳离子醚化剂均能促进AKD的熟化,从而缩短熟化时间,在120℃条件下,同时加入0.02%的瓜尔胶交联体和0.03%的阳离子醚化剂,与单独使用AKD相比,可提高纸页下机施胶率64%,提高最终施胶度44.7%,2h后可达到最终施胶度,缩短了AKD的熟化时间。
The strengthening performance of guar gum and a cationic etherifying agent to alkyl ketene dimer(AKD) surface sizing was studied in view of the drawback of long time curing of AKD sizing.The results show that guar gum and cationic etherifying agent can promote the cure of AKD,thereby reduce curing time.Under the conditions of 120℃,by adding 0.02% guar gum crosslinked polymer and 0.03% of cationic etherifying agent,the curing rate of sized paper increases by 64%,and the final sizing degree increases by 44.7%,compared with AKD alone,and the final sizing degrees will be reached after 2h with the curing time for AKD shortening significantly.
