摘要
加强基本烟田建设是当前行业实现"卷烟上水平"的重要保障措施之一。本文从基本烟田的溯源和概念出发,介绍了国家烟草专卖局对基本烟田建设的要求。作者结合烟草生长发育对生态条件的要求,建立了评价基本烟田的指标体系,阐述了基本烟田建设的原则,并指出基本烟田建设的主要任务是培肥地力;建立以烟为主的耕作制度;设施灌溉与节水灌溉;烟田营养管理等。
Strengthening the construction of basic flue-cured tobacco field is one of the key measures to safeguards the realization of China tobacco industry＇s ＂cigarette upgrading＂ strategy..The history and concept of basic tobacco fields,and the requirements from State Tobacco Monopoly Administration were introduced.An evaluation index system was established based on ecological conditions for tobacco growth and development.Principles of the construction of basic tobacco fields were put forward with main tasks to improve soil fertility so as to establish a tobacco-based farming systems,to promote facilities irrigation and water-saving irrigation,and to enhance soil nutrient management.
